Cases of 120 Beef, Chicken and Salmon Cocktail all sold at the same per case price. We also offer an assortment of flavours at the same price per case.

Deliveries / Pick-Ups for PartyPaks
Pick-up: Most orders may be picked up immediately, but in busy seasons, like Christmas, we advise you place an order 24 hours in advance.
Delivery: Please be sure you place your order by noon Wednesday to guarantee delivery that same week.
Thursday Delivery: If you live south of Lake Cowichan (Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Mill Bay, Colwood, Langford, Saanich, Oak Bay, Victoria and Esquimalt)
Friday Delivery: If you live north of Lake Cowichan(Duncan, Crofton, Chemainus, Cedar and Nanaimo)
Delivery Costs: We charge $6.00 shipping and handling fees for deliveries.
Cash on deliveries, or in person, when ordering, at our office.
(since we are primarily a wholesale operation, we do not wish to incur the cost of debit or credit card services, which would ultimately increase cost to our customers)
Preparation
Rolls:
Bake rolls at 350 F in an oven or 375 F in a toaster over, on the middle rack. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
No cover is necessary on the baking tray, but if you wish, use parchment or silicone paper.
Fruit Strudel:
Place the frozen strudel on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and allow to thaw for one hour. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
NOTE: With our pastries, you will see that there is no grease on the baking tray or paper.
Cocktails: Arrange the pastries close together (they can touch each other); leave 2" between rows. Bake 40 minutes ... pastry should be golden brown.
6" Dinner: It's best to spread them apart. They may take up to 50 minutes to bake golden brown.
If preferred hot, the pastries can be re-heated and will maintain their light and flakey texture.
Tip: We advise against using a microwave, since the pastry tends to become soggy and loses the flakey and crisp texture.
